Each artist was given 1.25 hours to complete a presentable work of art. Some of the artists chose to begin their background or have their subject sketched out, while other artists started from a blank canvas.
$500.00 cash was awarded to the winner of People's Choice voted on by the public. A live auction was then held with half of the proceeds to benefit the Central States Fair Foundation and the other half to the participating artist.
